Inner strength is energy.

Inner strength can be found through awareness.
Inner strength means that you can turn even the most difficult situations into something positive. Every situation, no matter how difficult or unpleasant, has a learning moment, even if you don't feel or see it at the time.
Become aware of the situation, think about it and dare to feel.
Action, feeling and thinking are aligned. Strength comes not only from your head, but especially from your heart.
Inner strength heals.
Inner strength is in everyone. You have it with you always and everywhere.
It is the energy that comes from your aliveness, love and desire.
Look at what gives you positive and friendly energy.
When you draw from your inner strength, you approach resistance in a friendly way.
It is not a problem, it is a learning moment, a moment when you can develop yourself further.
That does not give stress, that gives peace. A peace that often radiates to your environment.
Find your Inner Strength
Make sure your breathing goes all the way down to the bottom of the belly, then the energy in the body can flow downward and does not get stuck in the head. Inner strength is like flowing water; fresh and moving. It transports and processes thoughts and emotions.
Inner strength is not imagined but felt with all your heart!
I believe everyone has the power to become the best version of themselves.
The body has so much to tell us, but we have forgotten to listen to it.
And the body is capable of healing itself .... only sometimes it needs a little push!
